May 17 | 2nd annual bridging the gap summit at uci

Join Us for the 2nd Annual Bridging the Gap Summit! The Bridging the Gap Summit: Advancing Equity in Psychology and Mental Health is returning on May 17th at UC Irvine from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM! This one-day event is designed for Black and BIPOC students passionate about psychology, mental health, and equity. Attendees will engage in inspiring guest talks, interactive workshops, and a professional panel while networking with peers and mental health professionals.

April 12 | Celebrating Black Motherhood Community Baby Shower

📍 Location: 1105 Bancroft Ave, San Leandro, CA

This celebratory and informational event is for mothers who are pregnant or parenting children under one year of age, who are residents in Alameda County. Fathers are also welcome to join in the celebration.


APril 12 | Atlanta Black Maternal Health Walk & Block Party

📍 Location: Martin Luther King Jr. Recreation & Aquatic Center, 110 Hilliard St SE, Atlanta, GA 30312340 Marina Blvd, Pittsburg, CA

This event will celebrate birthing joy and start with birth and family workshops then culminate with a community style block party that will celebrate and arm women and families with maternal health educational tools, birthing resources, and maternal care packages.
